  • Like other Keshavand spice blends, salt content is moderate and blood pressure–friendly. You may add extra salt depending on your taste.
  • For optimal flavor, let the falafel dough rest in the fridge with the spice mix for a minimum of 2 and up to 8 hours.
  • The spiced dough can be frozen for later use.
  • To achieve the best texture and crispiness, this spice mix is designed to enhance the dough and prevent sogginess or undercooking.
